AIM EXCLUSIVES SHIPPING POLICY
Before placing your order, please make sure your shipping address is correct. Aim Exclusives is not responsible for packages once they’ve been handed off to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Country Post, ect). Any disputes regarding lost or delayed packages should be filed directly with the carrier. If said shipping carrier encounters any issues of their own (ex: flight delays, traffic delays, natural disasters, package getting lost, workforce strike or boycott, package arriving at the wrong address or PO box, ect. - Aim Exclusives is not responsible. While Aim Exclusives isn’t responsible for packages once shipped, we will try to help you in any way we can by either providing additional information, contacting the shipping carrier, or redirecting packages.

How Long Is Shipping?
All orders ship out within 3–5 business days of purchase, based on manufacturing times and processing times. Processing and manufacturing times are subject to change throughout the year

Estimated delivery times:
USA Standard Shipping for all streetwear products: 7–12 business days
USA Standard Shipping for all jerseys: 8-10 days
International Standard Shipping for all products: 7–21 business days

Do You Ship Worldwide?
Yes — we ship to over 170 countries worldwide!
Please ensure all international addresses are written in English, as some local carriers may return packages that are not

We currently cannot ship to:
Belarus, Ghana, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Myanmar, Nigeria, Palestinian Territories, Russia, or Zimbabwe

Will I Have to Pay Customs Fees or Duties?
98% of the time, Aim Exclusives will cover any duties and shipping fees for international orders; your country may charge additional customs fees or import duties before releasing your package if your customer is in a tariff zone
These fees vary by country and are the customer’s responsibility. Aim Exclusives does not cover or reimburse these charges

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details. If your order is held, check your mail or email for notifications and contact your post office for assistance

How Do I Track The Orders?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
Your customers on your website can also check your order status from the confirmation email page

Received a Tracking Number, But It Hasn’t Moved
Tracking numbers are created when your shipping label is generated
Please allow 1–3 business days for the courier to scan your package and update tracking information

My Tracking Hasn’t Updated, or My Order Hasn’t Arrived
If it’s been more than 12 days (U.S.) or 21 days (international) since the package has shipped, please:

Review your tracking info for the latest update
Contact USPS or your local carrier for updates - Repulse Co may also do this for you
Check your local post office to see if your package is being held

If there’s been no update for over 21 days, your package may be lost or stuck in transit

My Package Is Stuck in Customs
Packages may be delayed at customs due to unpaid taxes or import duties

What to do:

Check your email or mail for customs notifications
Contact your local post office for updates
Customs delays are beyond our control, but most packages clear shortly after processing


What Happens If My Package Is Returned to Sender?
If your package is returned, contact us, and we will assist you as best as we can. You can also:

Have it resent (additional shipping costs apply), or
Receive store credit for the order value (shipping excluded)

Common reasons for returns:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Failed delivery attempts
Vacant or inaccessible address

My Package Was Stolen, Damaged, or Lost in Transit
Aim Exclusives is not responsible for packages once shipped

If your package was stolen, damaged, or lost:

Contact the carrier immediately to file a claim
If the carrier cannot help, you can contact us — we’ll do our best to assist

My Order Says “Delivered,” But I Never Received It
Once a package is marked Delivered, Aim Exclusives is not liable for loss or theft — but we’ll do everything possible to help

Steps to take:

Wait 3–5 business days — sometimes carriers scan packages early
Check with neighbors or building staff
Contact the shipping carrier for delivery details

I Entered the Wrong Address or Ordered the Wrong Size
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we may be able to update it — but changes aren’t guaranteed
Please contact us as soon as possible with your request
Once your order ships, no changes can be made

Can You Combine Multiple Orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine separate orders. Each order will ship individually
